Barbecue

Two salads of your choice (potato, carrot, rice, pasta, or tabbouleh), one beef skewer, one poultry skewer, two sausages (white, merguez, or chipolata). Kids’ option: Two sausages (white, merguez, or chipolata) and the adults' salad choices in child-sized portions. Barbecue and wood available at the cabin.

Hot Stone Grill (Pierrade)

Assorted meats for hot stone grilling, roasted potatoes, green salad, and sauces. Hot stone grill-plancha available in the cabin.

Raclette

Four types of cheese (from Fromagerie de Fraize), a charcuterie platter, cooked potatoes, pickles, onions, mushrooms. Vegetarian option available. Raclette grill available in the cabin.

Crêpes party

Crêpe batter, ham, bacon, smoked trout, mushrooms, onions, grated Emmental cheese, plain and dill cream. Chocolate spread, jams, and sugar. Crêpe maker available at the cabin.

Regional Dish

Roasted potatoes, smoked pork, green salad.

Brut Crémant (Pinot Auxerrois, Riesling, and Chardonnay grapes)
